Down by the Riverside
My walk yesterday down by the riverside in Sandy, Beds, was very pleasant as I searched for fishing locations on the River Ivel.
Residents and club members in the Ivel Protection Area can fish in the designated nature reserve, the Riddy.
I noticed fresh cow pats, indicating that cattle are often in the nearby field. The gate has a sign saying "Beware of the Bull," so I'll have to be careful if I decide to go back with a rod!
